• Grinding
  Our high-technology granulator feeding systems detect and reject metal-containing materials prior to grinding. Post grinder eddy current separators and rare earth magnets provide additional protection.
• Sorting
  Plastic spectrometry technology allows Maine Plastics to identify or confirm the identity of materials. This technology can identify each layer of multiple-layer films; detect bromine, chlorine, and heavy metals; and allow separation of black parts.
