We offer a full range of toll processing capabilities, including:

• Size Reduction
  We can shear purgings, chunks, or material on rolls with our guillotine, and we can grind any size material. We can also do metal separatoin, remove fines, and do partial disassembly, including parts with insert molding.
• Baling
  We can create dense, 60 x 30 x 48” bales of film, parts, and cut-offs.
• Grinding
  We can grind materials to 1/4”, 3/8”, or 1/2” size.
• Metal Detection and Separation
  We can separate ferrous and non-ferrous metal from plastic.
• Fine Separation and Removal
  We can remove the fines from regrind, reducing potential burning, feeding, and blending problems.
• Shearing
  Our 80”-wide shear can cut virtually any size roll or purge.
• Pelletizing
  We can add consistency to your regrind by pelletizing the material.
• Color Separation
  We can separate commingled materials of different colors.
• Blending
  We can custom blend materials in our gravimetric blender.
